Manicaland Province To Host 2024 National Uhuru Celebrations

Manicaland will host this year’s national Independence Day celebrations as the Second Republic decentralizes national events across the country. The province is honoured to host the Uhuru celebrations, honoring the gallant sons and daughters of the province and the country who took up arms against the oppressive regime.

 Advocate Misheck Mugadza, the Minister of State for Manicaland Provincial Affairs and Devolution, said the province is honored to showcase its organizational prowess and thanked President Mnangagwa and the national leadership for this opportunity.

The Mutare Polytechnic Pavilion Ground will be the venue, with various organizing committees working closely with the national organizing committee to ensure unity of purpose in executing this important national assignment.
